Eurotunnel can restart Dover ferry routes
Eurotunnel has been given permission to restart ferry services from Dover after it won an appeal against a ban by the UK Competition Commission.
The commission banned the MyFerryLink service in June claiming Eurotunnel could dominate the route and increase prices.
But the ruling was overturned due to a technical legal point.
Eurotunnel said the appeal win was a "victory for common sense and logic".
But the UK Competition Commission now plans to reconsider the case and readdress the technical legal point raised by the appeal.
