Shelley Hinde has joined Continental Airlines as UK and Ireland marketing manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland.
She was previously marketing manager for Easyjet for a year as maternity cover.
Prior to this, Hinde spent four years British Airways’ franchise carrier GB Airways, rising to the post of UK marketing manager.
She assumes responsibility for the US carrier’s marketing and sales promotion in the two countries.
UK and Ireland senior director Bob Schumacher said: “Her knowledge of the aviation industry and expertise in marketing- across all online and offline channels- will prove invaluable as we build on the success of our first year of service from London Heathrow and our unrivalled network of regional routes.”
