ExclusivelyHotels to enhance service for agents

Monday, 07 Apr, 2006 0

Online trade accommodation booking specialist ExclusivelyHotels.com plans a number of enhancements to the site in the second quarter of the year.

The look and feel of the service will change to make it easier for agents to search and find hotels, according to the company.

The revamped site will enable agents to bring up fuller details on a specific property as well as pictures and maps. In addition, properties with particularly good rates and availability will be automatically highlighted to agents.

The company also plans to add new content to service in the coming months.

ExclusivelyHotels will maintain a simple pricing structure enabling agents to quote prices with no hidden extras.

Product manager Charles Martin said: “We want to take the agent as quickly and easily as possible to the best available accommodation. However, the service has been based on simple pricing since its inception so the price you see is still the price you pay.”
