Fastpayhotels acquires digital payments firm Payparc
Mallorca, Spain based Fastpayhotels has acquired Payparc
Payparc creates instant digital payments and can operate in more than 150 different countries, lowering payment costs into the distribution path.
“It is a natural evolution in hotel distribution to create an extended set of services for both our distributors and suppliers,” said Elodie Leunen, Fastpayhotels CEO.
“Payparc is a great opportunity for us to facilitate digital payments for partners in a secure and low-cost way.”
Fastpayhotels says the synergies created will offer great benefits to the ‘a la carte’ offer from Fastpayhotels through its Zinantis new business line launched last September.
The Zinantis Club offers a distribution path to both hoteliers and distributors so they can create new business opportunities in the process.
“Our distributors can now operate on the best financial model that fits them without having to rely on us to set up their distribution conditions.”
“On top of transparent distribution, we needed to provide a wallet payment solution,” Leunen added.
The combined offer will be available by the end of January 2024.
Fastpayhotels works with more than 30.000 directly contracted properties worldwide, and more than 300 distributors.
