First Princess Medallion Class ship to homeport in Singapore
Princess Cruises is bringing the 2,600-guest Grand Princess to Singapore.
It marks Princess Cruises’ seventh homeporting season in Singapore and the arrival of the Grand Princess is the first for a Princess Medallion Class ship.
It replaces Sapphire Princess.
Grand Princess will sail short and long cruises throughout Southeast Asia including Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia starting from December 2020 to March 2021.
"We are absolutely thrilled to announce Grand Princess homeporting in Singapore which marks a significant milestone for Princess Cruises," said Farriek Tawfik, Princess Cruises director for Southeast Asia.
Ahead of the Singapore season, the ship embarks on a 53-day Pacific crossing and Asia cruise out of Vancouver taking in 26 ports of call.
It includes an overnight call in Tianjin China, as well as late night calls in Honolulu, Osaka, Seoul, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
