Flight comparison site Skyscanner has opened an advice forum for passengers to coincide with the start of the latest wave of British Airways cabin crew strike action.
Sales and marketing director Frank Skivington said: “This decision by Unite [union] is hugely disappointing for BA and their passengers.
“While BA is doing all they can to try and keep as many passengers flying as possible, there will undoubtedly be a number of flight cancellations and the travel disruption may cause some confusion.
“Our BA strike page offers the latest advice on the flights affected. Those with specific queries can also use our BA strike advice forum where Skyscanner staff are on hand to answer specific queries and help people find alternative flights.”
