Four killed in China hotel fire
Four people died and 14 were injured in a fire at a hotel in northern China’s Heilongjiang Province.
The fire broke out around 9:30 this morning, local time, at Julongyuan Hotel in Yanshou County, said the provincial fire department.
Firemen battled for more than an hour to extinguish the flames and a large section of the hotel was destroyed.
Three of the injured remain in a critical condition.
The owner of the hotel has been taken into police custody.
