Fred Olsen reveals new internal structure
Fred Olsen Cruise Lines has announced a major internal restructure and the creation of a new product and customer services division, to be led by Clare Ward.
Ward (pictured centre), who becomes director of product and customer services, joined Fred Olsen four years ago as senior commercial planning manager.
Her newly-created division will assume responsibility for itinerary and experience development; operational planning; tours; air and land services; port operations; reservations; administration; and customer relations.
Jeremy Hatton (pictured right), formerly sales systems manager, has been promoted to head of customer services, reporting to Ward. He will assume responsibility for Fred Olsen’s customer-facing shore-based departments.
Neil Herbert continues to head the sales department and the cruise line is currently recruiting a new sales and marketing director to assume overall responsibility for the sales, marketing and public relations functions.
