Funway sets up new sales structure
Funway Holidays has set up a new sales structure in a move to expand its presence in the north of England.
Led by the newly promoted sales and marketing director Nick Talbot (formerly marketing director), two new team members have joined this week to cover the north region.
Previously at North America Travel Service, Curtis Hunter will be the companies regional sales manager (north) and will be supported by Stephen Craven as business development manager for the north. Craven has been recruited from Hotel Beds.
The restructure also sees the promotion of Craig Liddle from business development manager to regional sales manager (south), now overseeing the entire southern region.
Liddle will be supported by business development manager (south), Sam Orbell.
Both Liddle and Orbell will work closely together to service the company’s agents in the southern region.
The Funway sales team is also supported by Hannah Zajac in the Agency Sales department, assisting agents with day-to-day queries.
Nick Talbot said: "My objective is to have frank conversations with agents on what works for them and what they deem our weaknesses."
