GGTS launches ‘Hybrid Wholesale Travel’ platform

Friday, 29 Aug, 2023 0

Melbourne-based Global Group Travel Services (GGTS) has launched a new ‘Hybrid Wholesale Travel’ platform.

The concept aims to change how Australian travel agents engage with their clients.

GGTS founder and MD, Spiro Ellul says it offers travel agents with a ‘four-tiered’ approach that can meet clients’ ever-changing requirements.

The program has access to hundreds of itineraries from the more than 150 international DMCs that GGTS partners with.

It enables travel agents to easily select various touring and package deals for clients, mostly from four to five-star product.

An additional option is fully tailored travel product developed by the company’s inhouse destination team.

A standout feature of the ‘Travel Brain’ program is the speed which users can locate product and share it with their clients.

It also lets travel agents personalise their own GGTS hosted website with dedicated logo and branding.

“We feel one of the most outstanding aspects of ‘Travel Brain’ are the inbuilt tools to unlock the power of digital marketing,” Ellul said.

“In what we believe may be an Australian first, agents can send content to their specific target market with an automatic call to action.”

The platform also gives agents an inbuilt booking management system with a live accounting process, automated PDF presentations and a destination search bar.

There is also a chat feature for instant communication between agents and the GGTS team.
