Calls Online will access Global’s in-house products and the majority of existing home workers have their own customer databases with which to distribute these products.
Calls Online plans to an aggressive recruitment campaign to build on their successes secure a major share in the rapidly growing home working sector.
Lindsey Herbert stays with Calls Online as managing director, relocating from Kent to Cheshire.
Calls Online will be supporting all areas of Global’s distribution and will be looking to expand fulfilment contracts with new suppliers.
A statement said: “In addition, Calls Online will now have access to in-house generated calls and be able to process their own client base bookings with full bonding.”
Global CEO Andrew Botterill said: “With our own growing portfolio of products, distribution is key. Calls Online tick all the boxes for the group’s long term distribution strategy and the expertise they bring will elevate the group in this sector”.
Herbert said: “The main motivating factor for our partnership is the group’s technology and innovation centre.
“Imminent technological innovations at The Triton Travel Group are set to change the face of the independent sector and these developments are the most significant that the travel industry will have seen in over a decade.”
