The Global Travel Group has partnered with FEEFO so that holidaymakers can rate the service of its travel agents.

The consortium is offering free sign up and exclusive rates for agents joining the service before July 31.

As part of the link with the online customer feedback platform, customers booking with Global agents who buy into the service will be invited to rate both their holiday and the agent’s service skills.

Andy Stark, managing director of the Global Travel Group, said: "This new partnership with FEEFO gives The Global Travel Group agents the opportunity to provide more for their customers by offering impartial feedback as well as expert advice from travel specialists.

"As well as being displayed publicly on the FEEFO site, agents can benefit by integrating the service and customer comments into their own website.

"The service also offers enhanced Search Engine Optimisation and visibility in Google searches, improved customer service through business intelligence and building trust and transparency with their own customers."
