Goa ready to woo agents
The chairman of Goa Tourism Development Corporation, Nilesh Cabral, will be visiting Sydney on Friday August 16 to promote the Indian destination to Australian agents.
The event will feature a presentation from Goa Tourism, as well as entertainment and lunch at Zaaffran restaurant at Darling Harbour.
Numbers are limited.
"There are many things beyond the beaches of Goa. We also have very good backwaters like Kerala," Cabral said recently.
Goa is also promoting safari tours, spice plantations, white-water rafting, trekking, mountaineering and traditional Goan festivals.
