Seven ships are being deployed in Alaska by Holland America Line next year.
Four itineraries will be available ranging from seven to 14 nights in duration.
The premium line is to run 125 departures between May 7 and September 21, 2011.
Options include a 14-day explorer cruise from Seattle and three seven-day itineraries departing from Seattle, Vancouver and Seward.
The two-week voyages from Seattle by 1,380-passenger ship Amsterdam includes Icy Strait
Point as a port of call for the first time since 2007, providing passengers with an opportunity to discover native Tlingit culture near Hoonah.
The seven-day Seattle itineraries are on 1,916-passenger Vista-class ships – Westerdam and Oosterdam – increasing balcony cabin availability by almost a quarter over this year.
The 1,432-passenger Zaandam will sail a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise between Vancouver and Seward, increasing balcony cabins on that route by nearly a third.
The 1,916-passenger Zuiderdam and 1,432-passenger Volendam will sail the seven-day Inside Passage itinerary from Vancouver, departing Saturdays and Wednesdays, respectively.
The ships cruise Tracy Arm fjord with its twin Sawyer Glaciers, spend a day exploring Glacier Bay, and call at Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan.
Zaandam and the 1,260-passenger Statendam will each sail 18 cruises through the Inside Passage and Alaskan Gulf, visiting Glacier Bay and College Fjord with 15 glaciers named after Ivy League colleges.
Northbound from Vancouver, the ships call at Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway; southbound from Seward, they visit Haines, Juneau and Ketchikan.
Marketing, sales and guest programmes executive vice president Richard Meadows said: “Holland America Line continues to lead the cruise industry in offering the most cruises to Alaska and especially Glacier Bay.
“Alaska adventurers appreciate Holland America Line’s mid-sized cruise ships with more of the popular verandah staterooms for maximum viewing opportunities."
