Hawaiian’s island bonus

SYDNEY – Hawaiian Airlines is offering a bonus roundtrip flight to one of three neighbour islands – Maui, Kauai or The Big Island of Hawaii – for passengers booking Hawaiian flights from Australia to Honolulu.

Hawaiian has common-rated new short break fares from Sydney to Honolulu and the three islands at $600 return, plus taxes of $285 for Sydney-Honolulu tickets and $292 for flights from Sydney to the islands.

“Hawaiian is the largest and longest serving airline in Hawaii, and the only carrier that can fly travellers from Australia to all of these places for just $600 plus taxes,” said Sherilyn Robinson, sales and marketing manager, Australia, for Hawaiian Airlines.

“In addition to the bonus sidetrip to Maui, Kauai or The Big Island, our short break air fare special is available for travel year round on any of Hawaiian’s three weekly services from Sydney. There are no blackout dates.”

Passengers can purchase short break specials until May 31, 2009, for travel any time until December09, 2009.

Fares are available from 20 Australian destinations, with partner airlines providing connections to Hawaiian’s flights from Sydney.
