Hertz appoints new trade sales manager for ANZ

The Hertz Corporation has appointed Maria Pantazis as regional travel industry sales manager for Australia and New Zealand, reporting to Lisa Miller, director of sales for the region.

She will be responsible for strategic sales policy for key national travel management accounts.

She will also oversee business development of the Asia inbound market and Hertz’s airline partnerships in the region.

"Maria has demonstrated strong commercial acumen and strategic understanding of the segments in her portfolio as well as an ability to drive relationships and partnerships at all levels of an organisation," said Lisa Miller, Director Sales Australia and New Zealand.

Pantazis brings over 20 years of travel trade experience with Qantas where she served in reservations, corporate sales and agency partnership roles at state and national level.
