Hilton adding two new hotels in Manchester
Hilton is expanding wit two more hotels in central Manchester.
It announced deals with owner-partner, Dean Street Developments for Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre and Motto by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly.
The two hotels will bring over 500 new guest rooms to the city, including a debut for lifestyle brand, Motto by Hilton.
Manchester’s second Hampton by Hilton will become the largest in Europe.
Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre will open on Deansgate next to Deansgate-Castlefield railway station, housing 358 rooms, a fitness area, meeting space and dining venues.
It is scheduled to open in early 2026.
The 21-storey Motto by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly debuts in Manchester, in the Piccadilly Basin, and is set to open in 2027.
It will feature 154 rooms, dining, a bar and fitness centre.
Nick Smart, VP, development, UK, Ireland and the Nordics, Hilton, said: “Manchester has firmly established itself as a leading travel hotspot. We’re excited to build on this momentum with our newest Hampton by Hilton and the city’s first Motto by Hilton.”
These openings reflect Hilton’s bold ambitions for the city.
