Hilton offers student discounts for Caribbean, Latam hotels
Hilton Worldwide has teamed up with the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) council for student discounts at Hilton hotels throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.
ISIC cardholders get 10% off best available rate at participating hotels in the Bahamas, Barbados, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama and Peru.
ISIC discounted rates can be availed at hotels such as Caribe Hilton, San Juan, Puerto Rico, Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort and newly opened Hilton Barra Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Up to two rooms can be booked on a single reservation and valid ISIC cards are to be presented at check-in, Hilton said.
According the World Youth Student and Educational (WYSE) Travel Confederation, young millennial age customers make up about 20% of international travelers.
WYSE says by 2020 youth travelers will make more than 320 million international trips a year.
