Horizon Holidays stores officially launch
A new travel agency store concept from Horizon Holidays was officially launched, and has ambitious future plans.
CEO Hamza Waris unveiled the Horizon Holidays & Travel Money flagship store in Morrisons St Andrews Retail Park Birmingham.
Horizon Hoidays shared plans for more store rollouts within Morrisons locations.
It will also have access for marketing direct to the Morrisons customer loyalty database and over 100,000 Morrisons workers.
Horizon Holidays is using tech for customer engagement with the use of NFT business cards and via WhatsApp, FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram & TikTok.
It also offers traditional face to face and website bookings.
Customers can try out our Virtual Reality to immerse in destinations they want more information on in the Horizon Holidays Virtual Reality booth.
A second Horizon Holidays & Travel Money branch is opening within Morrisons with new management additions announced very soon.
It is targeting up to 50 stores in the coming years
