Hotel Link Solutions launches free HealthCheck diagnostic tool
Fresh from its win at TravelMole APAC Web Awards for best travel technology provider website, Hotel Link Solutions plans to ramp up exposure within the region and globally, starting by releasing a new free digital diagnostic service for hospitality clients.
"We are really excited to win the award and the timing is perfect," said CEO Andre Franchini.
"Hotel Link Solutions provides digital marketing and booking solutions for accommodation providers and for about two years we have been piloting a number of new product features suited to small and medium sized accommodations."
"Firstly, we have the most comprehensive and integrated package on the market now, with a very intuitive user interface and we’ve launched ‘HeathCheck,’ a digital diagnostic service which our sales consultants use to zero in on where the client needs help most," explained Franchini.
Starting life as an internal sales aid 18 months, ago, HealthCheck has been progressively tested and optimized, using 55 data points and a complex algorithm to produce a weighted score for individual properties.
It uses criteria based on the size and type of property and the level of local competition to produce custom results.
Franchini said HealthCheck has been subjected to a very comprehensive testing programme with up to 100 individual assessments a week.
"It is very exciting to have this up now on the web as a free service to accommodations, the first tool of its kind on the market," he added.
The next step for Hotel Link Solutions is to start scaling the business.
"We have been focused on a handful of pilot markets during the development phase, and now we need to roll out globally. We have a very aggressive digital marketing campaign planned so we should become a lot more visible very quickly," said Franchini.
