Hotel offers would-be suitors consolation whiskey
The upscale Algodon Mansion opening next January in Buenos Aires is offering a creative way to pop the question: will you marry me?
The 10-room boutique hotel has a package that offers cocktails, private tango lessons, large suites, rose petal baths, a massage for two, champagne nightcaps, fine dining and custom-labeled bottles of wine.
But the real bonus is a fourth night on the house…if the woman says yes.
“And if she or he says no, the fourth night with two rooms and a bottle of whiskey is on the house.”
Algodon Mansion will have 10 spacious luxury suites – some exceeding 1,200 square feet. Amenities include 24-hour butler and concierge service and a rooftop pool.
The three-night packages are priced at US$2,100. The package is available from February 1 of next year to July 31.
