Princeville Resort rebranding to St. Regis
Princeville Resort will soon begin renovations of its 252-room luxury cliff top property on the north shore of Kaua‘i. The renovations will increase the status of the Starwood property, which is currently a four-star resort. It will be re-branded as a St. Regis, the hotel company’s most exclusive brand once renovations are complete. Completion is scheduled for March 2009.

Koloa Landing on Kaua‘i will be Outrigger Condominium Collection’s newest addition 
Outrigger Enterprises Group will manage Koloa Landing at Po‘ipu Beach, a new 24-acre, luxury resort condominium project currently under construction on the southern tip of Kaua‘i. The first phase of the $285 million project is slated for completion in 2009. Koloa Landing will be comprised of 323 upscale resort condominiums with luxury resort amenities and services.

ANARA Spa Renovations Complete
The ANARA Spa at the Grand Hyatt Kaua‘i Resort and Spa has completed its garden spa expansion. At more than 45,000 square feet, this is now the largest spa on Kaua‘i, and the second largest in the state. The garden spa is set amidst a lush garden, waterfalls and serene pools. The multi-million dollar expansion added five open-air bungalows featuring lava rock showers and a steam grotto.
