Hotelplanner buys Hotel Hotline
HotelPlanner has bought hotel reservation site Hotel Hotline.
The company said the purchase would serve the needs of its direct clients – providing affordable hotel rates worldwide – and help its expansion into the group, individual and leisure travel markets.
It also confirmed that it was looking for further acquisitions.
"The acquisition of Hotel Hotline, LLC, helps fit into our growth strategy as we continue to offer new products and services in order to provide the highest quality of business to hotels and clients on a global scale," stated Tim Hentschel, CEO of HotelPlanner.com.
"Our technology married with his business sense makes for a great pairing."
