Hotel and meetings specialist Hotelscene has secured an account to manage the accommodation needs of ITV.
The contract includes both day to day hotel booking as well as conferences and meetings.
ITV’s category manager, procurement Lisa Emery said: “Hotelscene have a strong track record in reducing costs without impacting on the quality of the hotel programme.
“They are also one of the few companies with an online booking system capable of handling variable payment methods – and with our different production needs, this flexible approach is essential.”
Hotelscene sales and marketing director Nick Hurrell said: “In addition to helping ITV reduce their overall accommodation expense, our business plan will also deliver measurable improvements in compliance and management information.
“Our team will be working right across the ITV network to improve visibility of the booking service.”
