Hoverspeed recruits David Stafford to spearhead sales drive
Former Sealink and Stena general sales manager David Stafford has joined Hoverspeed.
He has been appointed general manager sales UK heading a new-look Hoverspeed sales drive to continue to build the company’s position as the leading fast ferry operator on the Dover-Calais route, and increase links with the travel trade.
Mr Stafford’s long-established career has seen him in senior managerial roles with Hoverspeed parent company Sea Containers’ subsidiaries such as Seastreak America, Seacat Irish Sea and in Scandinavia.
His previous experience also includes general sales manager for Sealink Stena Line and Sealink British Ferries in the 1980s and early 1990s.
