Hyatt appoints global brands VP

Hyatt Hotels Corp has appointed Lara Migliassi as vice president of global brands.
 
Migliassi will have overall responsibility for brand development and management of Hyatt’s all-inclusive brands, Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva, and the Hyatt Residence Club brands.
 
She will be based in Miami and reports to Sandra Cordova Micek, senior vice president of global brands.
 
"Lara will be a tremendous asset to the team as Hyatt enhances our all-inclusive and vacation ownership brands," Micek said. 
 
"She brings a wealth of knowledge and deep experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth, with particular expertise in understanding the Latin American markets."
 
Migliassi has close to 20 years experience in brand marketing, which includes serving as senior vice president of corporate marketing at Univision.. 
 
Prior to this she oversaw bilingual marketing campaigns in Latin American for Deutsche Bank.
