Hyatt begins adding Two Roads Hospitality brands to loyalty program
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has started integrating its new brands acquired from Two Roads Hospitality into its group loyalty program.
Thompson Hotels joins the World of Hyatt program for stays beginning March 28, and other Two Roads brands will follow in the coming months.
Next up is Joie de Vivre Hotels which takes effect for stays starting May 15, and then Alila hotels and Destination Hotels, although no definite date has been announced for these two brands.
From today World of Hyatt members can earn and redeem points and at the eight participating Thompson Hotels in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
These include The Beekman in New York City, The Cape in Cabo San Lucas and Thompson Chicago.
Within weeks of Hyatt acquiring Two Roads, we started to share sales leads across this collection of new brands to drive revenue and increase value for owners. We are thrilled to welcome Thompson Hotels as the first to join World of Hyatt," said Mark Vondrasek, Hyatt chief commercial officer.
The addition of the 60 hotels in the Two Roads portfolio gives hyatt a presence in 20 new markets, including Vail, Zihuatanejo in Mexico, and Ubud, Bali.
These newly added brands also boost the Hyatt portfolio by 20 new golf courses and 10 new ski destinations.
To mark the start of the integration, World of Hyatt members can earn 2,000 bonus points for their first qualifying stay at each of the four brands, and a bonus free night when they have stayed at all four.
