Hyatt bringing Andaz brand to Macau
Hyatt is introducing the Andaz brand to Asia’s gambling hub.
It inked an agreement with Galaxy Entertainment Group to develop a new Andaz property in Macau, which is slated to open in 2021.
Located at the Galaxy Integrated Resorts complex, Andaz Macau will feature 700 rooms and suites.
It will have an Andaz Lounge, a bar and restaurant, fitness centre and an indoor pool.
Guests will get direct access to Galaxy International Convention Center and the Galaxy Arena.
"We are honoured to launch the Andaz brand in Macau in our first collaboration with Galaxy Entertainment Group. The Andaz brand is on track to double its footprint in Asia Pacific," said David Udell, Hyatt’s group president, Asia Pacific.
The Galaxy Macau zone offers a wealth of entertainment, shopping with more than 200 luxury brands, leisure attractions and over 120 dining venues.
"With Andaz Macau, we will work closely with Hyatt to create experiences that truly showcase what is special about this destination," said Francis Lui, vice chairman of Galaxy Entertainment Group.
