Iberia staff threaten pre-Christmas chaos
Iberia staff have announced a series of strikes designed to disrupt the airline’s flights in the run-up to Christmas.
Cabin crew, aircraft maintenance teams and baggage handlers are planning industrial action for six days between December 14 and 21 in protest against cost-cutting measures being imposed by parent IAG, which also owns British Airways.
Final confirmation of the strikes is due tomorrow but talks between management and unions are due to start today.
