ILTM Japan debuts in Kyoto
Reed Travel Exhibitions, organizers of the International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM), ILTM Asia and Africa have announced a new luxury show, ILTM Japan, which will take place in Kyoto, Japan from March 11 – 13, 2013.
In a statement to the press on the new show, Reed cited Japan’s status as home to the second largest population of high-net worth individuals after the US and industry demand as the reason for the inauguration of the new luxury travel show.
Each of the buyers and suppliers invited to attend must be accredited for participation. Fifty buyers and fifty suppliers will be accredited, as pre-scheduled appointments are to be arranged on a one-to-one basis.
ILTM takes place in Cannes, 3 – 6 December 2012; ILTM Asia – which selects buyers from across the Asia Pacific – takes place in Shanghai, 3 – 6 June 2013 and ILTM Americas – a one-to-one summit for travel agents from North, Central and South America – takes place at Fairmont Mayakoba, Riviera Maya, Mexico, 30 September – 3 October 2013. ILTM Africa launches 8-9 April 2013 in Cape Town, South Africa profiling African product and inviting international buyers.
