Visitor numbers to the Asia Pacific region in 2021 won’t come close to matching arrivals in 2019, says PATA UK Chapter Chairman Chris Crampton, but he said it will be better than 2020.
He says it’s ‘inevitable’ not all tourism businesses in the region will survive the pandemic, but some are using the down time to go through refurbishments.
