In the dark
Hotel-goers biggest complaint: a lack of lighting.
That was the result of Consumer Report’s findings in a study of 35,000 readers who rated hotels.
The survey showed four out of ten travelers visited at least one internet travel site before booking.
Best categories:
Luxury – Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons
Upscale – Walt Disney Resorts
Moderately priced – Spring Hill Suites by Marriott and Homewood Suites by Hilton:
Budget – Sleep Inn
As for best complimentary breakfast, Embassy Suites was rated the tastiest; Homewood Suites was a distant second.
