Incentive Show hits its second year

Friday, 01 May, 2008 0

Incentive Show 2008, the largest exhibition and seminar series in the Australia/Pacific region, dedicated to the business of incentives, promotions and motivation  will be held again this year in Sydney.

The phenomenal response to last year’s show, known then as the Motivation and Incentive Expo, has seen significant developments and enhancements to the structure of this year’s event.

Mark Harvey, Event Director of the Incentive Show and Managing Director of business information company Wakamo Business Media, expects this year’s show to double in size.

“We’ve received a huge volume of enquiries from various organisations who have seen the benefits in participating. Many companies took a ‘look and see’ approach to last year’s show but when they saw the quality of exhibitors and attendees, they’ve jumped at the opportunity to come on board this year.” He said.

Harvey also added that with 8 out of 10 previous exhibitors having already signed up again for this year’s event, and in many cases taking more space, it is evidence that the Show delivers on its promise.

“It’s a unique, hard to reach audience we deliver – one that’s unmatched by any other event. In fact, 88% visitors to our show don’t attend any other event for the purpose of sourcing rewards, corporate gifts, incentive travel or motivational meeting services.”

Incentive Show 2008 is the marketplace for anyone involved in selling or using incentives, rewards, recognition, sales promotions and loyalty based initiatives.

It’s a dynamic environment where the decision makers in incentive marketing gather and where corporate end-users engage with suppliers and specialist operators within the highly competitive incentive industry.

The two-day event, featuring over 100 quality exhibits will run concurrently with a series of free seminars and pay-to-attend business forums spearheaded by leading international and local authorities.

Incentive Show 2008 will be held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre on June 3 and 4. Details can be found at www.IncentiveShow.com.au
