India government to sell two Air India subsidiaries
India is actively seeking buyers for two Air India subsidiaries, AI Airport Services Limited and AI Engineering Services Limited.
The Department of Investment and Public Asset Management has begun discussions with investors and roadshows to gauge interest.
The two units were shifted to a separate assets holding company as non-core assets when Air India was sold earlier this year.
It plans to formally invite expressions of interest for the businesses.
