India’s WOW women travel the world.
A report from India demonstrates the massive rates of change in society India is experiencing, with Women on Wanderlust (WOW), a unique travel club now having over 200 members and these Indian ladies regularly leaving the men behind as they globetrot to countries like Turkey and Greece.
WOW organizes several trips a year, which includes hotels and tickets both within India and abroad, with members saying that the group not only lends a sense of security to single women but it’s also a huge hit with mothers who want a break from their families.
”It’s a lot of girl time.”
“It is a lot of fun”.
“Lots of shopping.”
“Lots of sightseeing.”
“And lots of catching up on personal tit bits such as love life, etc,” said Sumitra Senapaty, Founder, WOW Club.
But besides offering the benefits and joys of traveling the world, the group also knows how to shake things up when they are at home, such as a one-of-a-kind party in Delhi where the wine, music and the company ensured that everyone had a blast.
Amazing and we thought Indians were reserved!
A lesson for Australia?
