International exposure for Sydney Marathon
The Sydney Marathon on Sunday September 22 will be broadcast live to an international audience for the first time.
The marathon will be broadcast live in Australia on Network Ten and by EuroSport Asia to 16 countries.
More than 35,000 entrants are expected to take part in the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival which consists of four events, The Sydney Marathon, Half Marathon, The Family Fun Run/Walk and Bridge Run.
Sydney landmarks, including Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour and The Rocks, will be showcased by the race.
