Intrepid doubles solo-only tours
Intrepid Travel has doubled the number of solo-only tours in its programme.
The adventure specialist said solo-only departures trialled last year completely sold out, so it has handpicked a selection of its most popular trips and developed these into solo-only departures.
In addition to Morocco and India, destinations now also include Bali, Vietnam, Peru and Mexico.
"Not only has the company seen a significant growth of 40% in solo travel over the past five years, but 50% of Intrepid customers opt to go solo on their standard departures; so introducing a broader variety of dedicated solo-only range is the next natural step," it said.
