Invicta adds new company

Invicta Group Inc. acquired Caribbean Travel Specialists (CTS).

CTS offers travel packages to travel agents and consumers to six Caribbean islands. Jamaica is the most popular.

CTS is the sixth wholly owned subsidiary of the Invicta Group, the company says.

“We will offer travel packages to our travel agent database of 6,500, and start an advertising campaign to consumers in July,” said David Scott, COO of Invicta.

Invicta Group describes itself as a travel company that specializes in the travel and entertainment industries. It is expected to announce additional acquisitions in the future.
