Irish carrier launch new route from Luton

Irish airline Aer Arann is launching a fourth service from Luton with flights to the South Brittany coast in France.

The carrier will operate six services a week to Lorient Bretagne Sud, departing Luton at 9am and returning at 3.15pm. Flights, with a 66-passenger capacity, will begin on March 26.

Aer Arann marketing manager Michael O’Callarain said: “Brittany is an extremely popular French destinations for UK passengers and Lorient is well located as a touring base for this area. We believe there is considerable untapped demand from North London to the regions of Brittany.”
