Emmanuelle Clément has been named as general manager of the Institute of Travel & Meetings UK & Ireland.
She is replacing Anne Deamer, who joined ITM in 2008 in the newly-created role, but is leaving to focus on her degree studies.
Ms Clément has been alumni relations manager at Cranfield School of Management since 2007 and holds a Masters degree in tourism and management from Lyon University in France and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
ITM CEO Paul Tilstone said: “We are delighted to welcome Emmanuelle to the organisation at an incredibly exciting time.
“I have no doubt her management of people networks and language skills will prove incredibly useful to ITM’s work, both in the UK and Europe.
“We want to wish Anne Deamer all the best with her studies and thank her for all her hard work and commitment to the association.”
