Jet2 launches biggest ski programme to date

Jet2.com has announced its ‘biggest ever’ ski programme for 2016/17, with an additional 115,000 seats to over 600 resorts, as well as a new partnership and ski-carriage offer.

Weekly flights have been scheduled to Geneva, Grenoble, Lyon, Salzburg, Turin, Verona, Andorra (Barcelona) plus a brand new service for 2016/17 to Sofia in Bulgaria.

Customers can check in 22kg of ski carriage allowance for £1.

The company has also signed an agreement with Snow Factor Braehead in Glasgow, allowing Jet2.com passengers to get 20% off Snow Factor ski passes and get some practice in before jetting off to hit the slopes.

Key programme developments for winter 2016/17 include 37,000 additional winter seats out of Scotland with a new service to Turin plus flights to Geneva, Salzburg and Verona from Edinburgh and two new destinations, Geneva and Grenoble, from Glasgow.

There are almost 20,000 extra ski seats from East Midlands, with flights to Geneva, Grenoble and Salzburg, plus 7,500 ski seats from Leeds Bradford, with over 7,500 more ski seats to four destinations: Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg and Andorra.

Manchester has almost 50,000 more seats to seven ski destinations and Newcastle has a new flight, to Grenoble.
