JetBlue welcomes Aer Lingus to JFK Terminal 5
Taking the next step in its codeshare agreement with Ireland’s Aer Lingus, JetBlue on April 15 will begin sharing its JFK facilities with Aer Lingus flights.
In addition to one-stop ticketing and baggage check-in, the move will make it possible for passengers to make connecting flights to other US cities in less than 20 minutes, JetBlue said.
Codeshare flights will be available for sale on or after April 15, 2013.
In preparation for its new partner, JetBlue has enhanced the menu offerings in many Terminal 5 restaurants and expanded the duty free store. A new customer lounge soon will be available to all customers on a pay-per-use basis.
JetBlue’s Terminal 5 was the only US terminal to make Frommers.com 2012 list of the 10 World’s Most Beautiful Airport Terminals.
