Jetline cruise bookings cancelled by Carnival brands
UK cruisers have been left in limbo after Carnival Corp cruise brands abruptly cancelled all active cruise bookings made by Jetline Holidays.
Carnival is citing a ‘breach of contract.’
Bookings for cruises aboard Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises and Cunard have been cancelled.
Carnival hasn’t disclosed any further details about its breach of contract dispute with Jetline.
“We recognise how disappointing this news will be for affected guests and express our sincere apologies for the disruption caused,” Carnival said in a statement.
“This decision was not made lightly. Customers with affected bookings are advised to contact Jetline Holidays directly. For those wishing to rebook their cruise, our teams are available to assist.”
Jetline is an ATOL holder.
Some impacted customers have posted online, saying they are having difficulty contacting Jetline.
One said they were told that Jetline has failed to pay the cruise lines for some bookings.

It's been coming for a while, they have been struggling to pay airlines/cruise companies/suppliers. All staff have been dismissed. They need to bring down their web site.
