SYDNEY – The Jetset Travelworld Group has signed with Sabre Pacific as its sole preferred GDS partner for the next five years.

Sabre Pacific CEO, Gai Tyrrell, says she is thrilled that Sabre has been assigned the status of first time single preferred choice for the group.

“Our partnership with the Jetset Travelworld Group (JTG) has gone from strength to strength over recent years, culminating in this five-year sole preferred GDS agreement,” she said.

“It reflects both companies’ shared vision for the group in a very tangible way.

“A single preferred GDS deal will lay out many long term benefits for the JTG Group.

“JTG agents can expect the single preferred deal to bring extended value to their businesses through customised Sabre solutions which will offer increased consultant productivity.”

GM Jetset Travelworld Network, Warwick Blacker, said the Sabre partnership would have great benefits for agents.

“This is a good opportunity for our agents to access excellent GDS technology that will allow them to bring greater returns to their businesses,” he said.
