Judging the top Texas wines in Grapevine
The decision for best Texas wines is in your hands at the People’s Choice Wine Tasting Classic sponsored by Audi Grapevine.
It is a key event during the 39th Annual GrapeFest – A Texas Wine Experience presented by Bank of the West, on September 11, 12, 13 and 14, 2025.
It attracts wine connoisseurs from far and wide to Historic Main Street in Grapevine, Texas.
During the ten 90-minute tasting sessions, the public gets to meet and interact with top Texas winemakers and sample their varietals before judging in 10 categories:
These are White: Dry, Semi Sweet, Sweet, Blends, Blush/Rose; Red: Light, Medium, Bold, Sweet and Red Blends.
You’ll receive a souvenir wine glass and wine reference guide to help you make your decisions.
Regular People’s Choice Tasting Sessions:
$28 in advance, $32 during the festival
Thursday, September 11: 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Friday, September 12: 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 13: 1:15 – 2:45 p.m., 3:15 – 4:45 p.m., 5:15 – 6:45 p.m., 7:15 – 8:45 p.m.
Sunday, September 14: 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.
VIP People’s Choice Tasting Sessions:
Limited capacity, $55 in advance, $60 during the festival
Friday, September 12: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, September 13: 11:15 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Sunday, September 14: 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
