Old Town Kissimmee, an iconic walking district of shops, food, entertainment and events is celebrating 35 years of the weekly Saturday Nite Classic Car Show and Cruise on Saturday, March 15.

Recognized as America’s longest running weekly car show, the Saturday Nite Classic Car Show and Cruise has been a weekend tradition every Saturday without interruption for the past three and a half decades.

Guests are invited to drive down memory lane as Old Town welcomes show-quality 1985 and older hot rods, street rods, and antiques.

The Car Show will begin at 11 am with vehicles on display during the day, prior to the Car Cruise down Old Town’s Main Street at 8:30pm.

The Main Street stage will feature live bands throughout the day and night, and live “streetmosphere” entertainment for guests to enjoy.

Old Town’s Saturday Nite Classic Car Show and Cruise are free for participants and free to attend.

“We are so excited to celebrate this year’s milestone 35th Anniversary and recognize the car owners who have helped keep Old Town’s title of America’s longest running weekly car show.” said Thearon Scurlock, Old Town Vice President and General Manager.

“Old Town continues to boast great, free family-friendly events and is perfect for car enthusiasts and admirers of all ages.”

Built in 1986, Old Town is the recreation of a classic Florida town at the turn of the century featuring historical architecture and distinctive storefronts.

Old Town has over 60 unique shops, themed restaurants and bars, rides, weekly car shows, and family-friendly attractions.

For 39 years, Old Town has been a favorite destination for locals and tourists alike looking for the simple pleasures of classic American fun.
