Korean Air revamps Prestige Class
Korean Air has upgraded its Prestige Class with the installation of new Prestige Suites.
The suites feature panels between the seats for heightened privacy and an armrest which slides away when the seat is in full flatbed mode, providing more width of 22.5 inches.
Pitch between the seats by the window has been increased by 12 inches to allow passengers to pass to the aisle without disturbing others.
In-flight entertainment has also been revamped and now features expanded 17 inch touch screen monitors.
The upgraded Prestige Suites will launch on A330-300 aircraft flying on the Guangzhou, Singapore and Hanoi routes.
A further 38 aircraft on order will be delivered with the new Prestige Class seats.
The carrier says it is also planning to revamp first class cabins.
