Largest ever Andaz hotel opens in Macau
Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening of the largest branded Andaz hotel in its portfolio.
Andaz Macau opened in the heart of the Galaxy Macau resort development with 700 guest rooms and suites.
Comprising two hotel towers, Andaz Macau is directly linked to Galaxy International Convention Center and the 16,000-seat Galaxy Arena.
“This is a momentous occasion and we believe our immersive hotel experience will appeal to locals and tourists alike,” said Stephen Ho, President of Asia Pacific Growth and Operations at Hyatt.
A signature feature is the “Macau Steps,” a multi-sensory staircase that showcases over 100 videos that narrate the history of Macau.
The Macau hotel is home to a trio of culinary venues, a 24-hour fitness centre and heated swimming pool.
The hotel offers a variety of versatile events and meetings spaces.
“This Macau hotel is brimming with social spaces, innovative bars and restaurants, and elegant event venues that are sure to impress,” said William Cheung, Andaz Macau GM.
