Last Minute Travel booking app inks Wyndham partnership
Travel distribution firm Last Minute Travel has significantly expanded inventory for its Last Minute Travel deals app with the inclusion of the Wyndham Hotels portfolio.
The Wyndham tie-up gives customers of the LMT Deals app access to more major hotel brands including Days Inn, Travelodge, Ramada, Super 8 and Howard Johnson, adding over 5,500 new hotels in 55 countries.
The app offers agent-level prices for same-day and advance bookings on over 100,000 hotels direct from a mobile device.
"The LMT Deals app already offered consumers the most comprehensive hotel selection available from a mobile device, but we continue to broaden our inventory so holiday travelers can find exactly what they’re looking for anywhere in the world," said Omer Chehmer, Last Minute Travel head of mobile communications.
Chehmer said discounted rates at agent prices are available even when booked well in advance.
"Users will find hotels available at up to 60% off – regardless of when it is booked – searchable using filters such as star rating, reviews, location and price," Chehmer explained.
Over the next few months, the LMT Deals app will continue to add more direct connect hotel listings including 3,000 Hilton Worldwide hotels in 93 countries.
The app also allows travelers to search for flights worldwide, vacation homes, activities and car rental.
The Last Minute Travel app is available to download on iOS and Android platforms.
