Leger plugs gaps in UK network
Leger Holidays has expanded its regional pick-up points by 80% amid fears it was losing business across the UK.
The coaching operator will add 200 locations to its network, bringing the total number to 450.
Managing director Ian Henry said the move will make it easier for potential customers to travel with Leger.
“This is a major development for the business,” he said. “It’s what our customers have told us they want and we are responding to that feedback.
“It will make significant differences to potential customers in many geographical locations who, in the past, may have been dissuaded from travelling with us because of the need to make considerable journeys to join our holidays.”
He said the expansion will be complemented by the addition of new destinations to be announced soon.
